Moulding Materials is an inorganic self setting medium viscosity cold to cold adhesive for cold / CO2 / Oil / Resin Moulds & Cores.

Application

Apply the Core Paste on each jointing faces and two parts of the joints are then pressed tightly together. Core / Mould after jointing by can be set in about 5 – 15 minutes due to good air setting properties. To short the setting time, allow the surface of the joints to become tacky before pressing the faces together.

Advantages

Minimum application is required to give a strong permanent joint. They are supplied in grades to suit varying requirements and in easy to use packing
